as modern touchscreen mobile phones get more and more popular it would be of great use being able to input the answer and let it be shown/compared with the answer field as it works in Anki desktop.

Ability to set default screen size

Mobile phones have different screen sizes.
Now AnkiOnline is tailored to iPhone screen resolution, which does not fit completely on a Nokia 5800.
It would be great if users could set the desired resolution or be provided some default values from which to choose.

Improve audio loading times via prefetching

Being mostly used on cellphones with limited resources and bandwith it often takes way too much time to load the flash applet each time, download the audio file and play it. Since the following card is already known a prefetch mechanism could dramatically improve loading times.

Preload and cache external media

I used AnkiWeb today in an internet café, and I realized that loading images, latex, etc from my public DropBox folder was slower than on my desktop, because it had to be downloaded from the network.

My idea is to precache the media, so the media for the next few cards are downloading in the background while you're reviewing your current card.

Make SSL in 2.0 optional for countries like Iran

I want to suggest you to make the SSL support of the web interface ans Sync service optional because for users like me who lives in Iran HTTPS and all secured web connection is filtered by government.

It is convenient to study English.
I think that it is convenient also for those who want to study Japanese since an English ruby is made also in Japanese.

There are words which cannot be translated using ずるっこ !.
I want you to add to AnkiWeb the function which can use its own memorization card as a translation dictionary in addition to the same service as ずるっこ !.
It is wonderful if the function in which sharing of a memorization card can be performed is added checking the number of downloads to ずるっこ !.

Desktop version etc. may be sufficient.
Although the software on which I replace the string of HTML using Xcode, and it displays a ruby by WebView was made, operation sometimes stops and software is inferior goods.
I want to get those who can do programming to add with plug-in of Anki.

When using ずるっこ !, a ruby can be erased if it clicks the word which is making the ruby.
The record is kept by ID.
Web currently seen can be set up so that a ruby can be immediately made using Bookmarklet.
A dictionary will be displayed if a cursor is brought to a word.

Desktop versionなどでも構わないです。自分でXcodeを使ってHTMLの文字列を、「漢字」であれば<RUBY><RB>漢字<RT>かんじ</RUBY>、と置換してWebViewでルビを表示させるソフトを作りましたが、時々動作が止まったりして不良品です。
プログラミングが得意な人でAnkiのプラグインで追加してもらったりして欲しいです。

ずるっこ！を使うとき、ルビをふっている文字をクリックすればルビが消せます。その記録はIDで保管されます。
見ているWebをブックマークレットですぐにルビが振れるように設定できます。文字にカーソルを持ってくれば辞書が表示されます。
少なくとも、ずるっこ！というサイトの素晴らしいサービスを少しでも多くの人に知ってもらえたら良いと思います。

The easiest approach is probably to get your dictionary/hover software to export the current word to a text file.
